I, Prateek Goyal writing this letter to you as a cover to my
application for the position of junior sous chef at your hotel. I
am enclosing my work photos and Resume along with this letter
so that you can get a better idea of my skills and Qualification.
Cooking has been my passion and interest ever since I was a
teenager. The smell , the presentation and the cooking methods
have always interested me and this is the reason why I pursued
a diploma course in this field. I have work as a junior sous chef
at Holiday inn, jaipur(IHG) group of hotel for more than One
years. My specialties include dessert, cakes, breads, Indian
dessert. If given a chance, I would do a wonderful job and help
take this bakery and pastry department to new heights.
