I am Graduate Degree holder in Computer science and MCSE,CCNA, & PC Engineering Completed with more than Two  year experience in IT field as  System Engineer/Jr System admin role .My contract with the previous company is already ended and I can able to join immediately if iam selected for the position. . Currently iam available at Qatar with a validity of 2 months visiting visa .I hereby attach my Resume for your reference.    Providing Facility Management Support for Cognizant Technology Solutions maintaining their desktops and laptops. Administrating users/mail accounts, providing support to their intranet and other applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Good knowledge in GSD Remedy ticketing tool (Global Service Desk

Remedy).

• Purely working in EUCS Operations.
• Identifying and troubleshooting all kind of technical issues.
• Handling Desktop and N/w incidents daily basis from end users in BMC Remedy

tool for 1000 computer & 200 Laptops .
