I am an accomplished & result oriented professional with 22+ years of core expertise in handling high & low aspects of financial accounting, adept at application of financial strategies to partner business growth, possessing holistic exposure in innovating solutions for financial control. My extensive experience as Senior Accountant gives me a definite edge over my peers.  I have proactively generated strategic solutions and recommendations for tackling financial discrepancies faced by the organization. I have also developed and implemented financial policies, systems and procedures to enhance profitability for my employers. What needs a special mention is that, I have always ensured conformance to all accounting processes policies and procedures, legal/regulatory guidelines and international financial/ accounting reporting standards. I have striven to implement accounting discipline and provided complete finance/accounting support to my juniors/other departments/top management and provided constructive feedback on issue resolution.

My technical proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook), Accounting Packages- Tally & Sage 50 (Peachtree) and ERP Packages-RBS, Oracle, & Pioneer renders me capable of utilizing these skills for any tasks assigned to me. Moreover, my attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, result orientation and creativity backed by strong analytical, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills has further enabled me to achieve great results.
