T O  W H O M  I T  M A Y  C O N C E R N,

I'm actively seeking Quantity Surveyor opportunities in Qatar. With 14+ years of experience in construction field in private sectors and semi government sectors. Including part of pre and post contract with building and landscaping make me a suitable candidate for this post.

I completed a BTEC 'HND Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics' course at the British College of Applied Studies between 2014 and 2016. And “NVQ level 05 of Quantity Surveyor” in college of technology  2019/2020. And NCT-QS (Quantity Surveyor) also in Collage of Technology in Anuradhapura 2011 to 2013 in my profession Also,

I have completed Examination in National Apprentice and Industrial Authority, National Certify for NVQ (Level 3) Computer Applications Assistance 2011. And completed diploma in Information technology With E-commerce 2010. And Completed Key English Test in University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations 2010.

During my works I have experience on accuracy taking off Measurement on site and Cad drawings, Using Structural and Architectural Drawings, Preparing BOQ’s, Comparative BOQ, Interim bills with variations , Sub Contractors Payment, Documentation, Record Keeping, Obtaining Sub-contractors’ quotations, Material purchasing and Negotiation on contractual Payments.
