• Obtain and assemble data to complete survey drawings
• Draw topographical maps
• Prepare easement drawings and legal descriptions
• Draw land title surveys to meet ALTA/NSPS standard detail requirements
• Converting drawing formats to be compatible with engineering and client requirements
• Able to read and understand deeds and related legal documents
• Create and store drawings electronically
• Capable of independently researching project specific information
• Determine procedures and instructions to be followed, according to survey specifications
• Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
• Operate computer-aided drafting equipment to produce working drawings
• Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
• Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
