- 8.6 Years experience in IT Hardware field including GCC, can able to speak Arabic, English and couple of Indian Languages.
- Sound knowledge about HP & Dell Service procedures including ordering spare parts in OPT/ SR-Dash or C-DAX System.
- Expert in Troubleshooting and ordering required spare parts and its procedures of all HP & Dell Machines.
- Expert in hardware of HP Printers, Plotters, HP Elite Desk, HP Elite book, Probook, Dell Inspiron, OptiPlex Desktops, Latitude, Vostro, and all HP & Dell machines.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, in person, and email as appropriate
- Resolve 2nd level site support issues including second level troubleshooting connectivity, mobile devices, hardware and software issues
- Troubleshoot corporate equipment connecting to the LAN and WAN including VPN and remote users
- Develop, document and revise SOP procedures and knowledge base articles as needed
