Contract Duration: Only for 45 Days Visa (Nov 2022 to Dec 2022) for FIFA WORLD CUP 2022 QATAR. (Contract accepted candidates only apply for this position). Ready work with FIFA WORLD CUP 2022 Stadium /Hospitality / Hotel. 

Candidate must be experience in below areas: –

1.     Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management / Diploma in Catering & Hotel Management

2.     Good and fluent communication skills in English so as to be able to pass ideas across to concern staff and also understand what exactly customer/supervisor wants.

3.     Ready work with FIFA WORLD CUP 2022 Stadium Hospitality. 

4.     Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment such as knives, pans and kitchen scales

5.     Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients

6.     Assemble and serve food according to the technical sheet description

7.     Brief waiting staff every day about the menu and allergens

8.     Ensure appealing plate presentation

9.     Adapt service to meet customers’ needs and requests

10. Checks food delivery in service area

11. Make sure the food is kept at an appropriate temperature

12. Checks the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items

13. Ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area and the food station / gueridon trolley 

Knowledge/ Skills & Experience: -

•        At least 2-3 years’ experience as chef

•        Mastery of food profession principles and practices.

•        Perfect knowledge of food hygiene, the HACCP process and H&S regulations

•        Project a professional, friendly and courteous image to guests

•        High quality organizational skills and

•        The ability to work well under deadlines and pressure

•        Able to successfully complete assigned tasks autonomously

•        Able to stand for long periods of time

•        Able to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
