- 1.Excellent knowledge in AWS D1.1, AWS D1.3, AWS D1.6, ASME Sec.IX, ASME Sec.II Part A,ASME B31.3, ASME Sec.II Part C,EN 287-1, ISO 15614, ISO 15609, and API 1104.
- 2.Sound knowledge about GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, FCAW and SAW and Capability to implement appropriately according to welding projects.

- 8.Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements. Raise Non-conformance reports for all the deviations observed.
- 9.Ability to conduct NDT and interpret flaws/imperfection and excellent skills in inspecting welds and construction materials.
10.Ability to prepare Weld Matrix, Skill matrix, Welder list and maintaining the continuity record for all welders and validating the records periodically.
11.Excellent in estimating the welding Cost and Time. Familiar with the welding engineering principles and process.
12.Ability to communicate the welding flaws or imperfection to the supervisors or other welding professional in a concise manner
13.Involved in implementation of 5S.
14.Ability to distribute tasks appropriately as per the competencies and skills of the welders.
15.Capable to organize awareness sessions for welders and fitters to reduce time loss and achieve targets with quality.
