Ø  Managing all aspects of construction for your own live project and be reporting into the Project Engineer.

Ø  Over planning scheduling supervision material control and assigning of construction work.

Ø  Supervise the day to day activities and preparation of daily progress at site.

Ø  Rectification all type of plumbing, electrical, AC work at site with the help of concerned team with regular basis as per site requirement.

Ø  Manage and distribution all water/sewage/diesel tankers 15 to 20 nos. to site as per site requirement.

Ø  Shifting and demobilization machines/porta cabin/container, site to site as per site team instructions and requirement.

Ø  Site supervision of all Steel works, prepare and submit daily and weekly progress report.

Ø  Preparation of necessary bar bending schedule.

Ø  Inspection and strict quality control of major construction activities namely Steel cutting, Banding, Column fixing, Slab, Foundation & Wall Preparation works.

Ø  Checking all invoice submitted by sub-contractors. 

Ø  Allocation of daily manpower & equipment.

Ø  Discus and rectify critical problems with higher to attract the attention of consultants required.

Ø  Good relationship maintaining with co- staff and keeping very well co- operative attitude in always for our company work progress, also doing our work as per institution of our respected client and keeping better relationship to them always.

Ø  Providing reports on works completed, etc.

Ø  Keeping accurate records of production.

Ø  Controlling and proper utilization of labor forces and material etc.
