I completed 3 years Master Graduate course (MCA) , also completed Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Microsoft certified IT Professional (MCITP) course. I have 4 years of work experience in Retail group. My Current job is IT Support Executive at Quality Retail Group, And 5 months work  experience in Etisalat at Mumbai as an Technical support..

Since I joined this organization,  I have been to 4 new openings of our company. Quality Fresh Mall Mamoura , Quality Bin Mahmoud,  Quality Mall,  Hilal & QHM Al Rayyan . And I am ready to experience more in future. I have learnt a lot from every openings & it added more knowledge in my education.

And I have a better understanding and new ideas in difficult situation.
