Technical Support & Troubleshooting
▪ Responding to technical issues via phone and email
▪ Diagnosing hardware and software issues.
▪ Resolving technical problems related to operating systems, networks, applications, and devices.

System Installation & Configuration
▪ Installing and configuring new software, hardware, and network systems.
