* Mechanical engineer-Design of building mechanical systems.( Fire fighting & Fire Alarm,Electrical,Drainage,Water Service) using relevent codes like NFPA, National Plumbing code, Uniform Plumbing Code etc.
* Preparation of Mechanical system shop drawings i.e. Fire Fighting , Drainage , Water Services,
* Preparation of Electrical system shop drawings (Electrical,Elv,Fire Alarm)
* Co-ordinate Mechanical Services.
* Site inspections to develop as-built drawings.
* Preparation of BOQ for Mechanical and Electrical
