• Worked as QA/QC Engineer to ensuring the quality and adherence to standards during the welding, painting, and fabrication processes of various structures such as CCTV poles, communication towers, movable trolley telescopic masts, security booths, and operator consoles.
• Quality Planning: Developing quality plans and procedures specific to each project, considering the applicable standards, codes, and specifications.
• Inspection and Testing: Conducting inspections and tests at different stages of the fabrication process. This includes verifying that welding, painting, and fabrication activities are performed correctly, according to approved procedures and specifications.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality-related documentation. This includes creating inspection reports, test certificates, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and other relevant documentation to ensure traceability and transparency.
• Welding Procedure Qualifications: Reviewing and qualifying welding procedures according to applicable codes and standards.
• They ensure that the welding procedures are properly documented, qualified and followed during fabrication.
• Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance: Ensuring that the health, safety, and environmental regulations and requirements are followed during fabrication process.
