Good Morning respected madam/sir,

I'm Sohail Rasul Shaikh, a 28-year-old professional from Mumbai. My journey in the hospitality industry began in 2019 after completing my master's degree from UoM.

It all started with an exciting internship at Hotel Marine Plaza, a fantastic 3-star hotel in Mumbai. During those three months, I put my heart into the work, and my team management, problem-solving skills, and positive attitude were recognized by my RM and F&B Director. They offered me a promotion to an associated RM position, and later, I was honored to become a ROM.

In October 2022, I got an amazing opportunity to work as an F&B Supervisor at the renowned JW Marriott in Doha, Qatar. I couldn't resist the chance to gain international exposure and grow in the industry.

Presently, I am working as a Restaurant Manager at Arabian Darbar, a fine dining restaurant. I oversee the restaurant's operations, manage purchases, and provide valuable insights to upper management through monthly reports.

I'm passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent experiences to our guests. I'm excited to be part of this wonderful industry.
