I am an enthusiastic and high-achieving IT professional with a Postgraduate diploma from the British Computer Society UK which is equivalent to a BSc in Information Technology, currently based in Qatar.Having an exceptional technical and analytical skills, with over seven years experience in system support, Information security,  networking,server Installation and configuration etc.

worked as a Service Desk Analyst and my tasks are Installation and configuration of servers, personal computers and troubleshooting them, Office 365 administration, Creating new user accounts in Active Directory and many more which I have included in my cv. Mainly help stakeholders both on-site and remotely, and have always demonstrated a keen ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
