Hello, Myself Mohammed Abdul Burhan, I am post graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University – Hyderabad in Digital System & Computer Electronics.

Looking for a suitable position of IT Support Systems & Network Engineer in the reputed organization where my extensive skills will be utilized and developed and work towards achieving the organizational objectives. 

As a candidate having nearly 4 years of extensive experience as an IT Support Engineer, I am highly Skilled in Technical Support, Troubleshooting and Customer Services to manage and I have always had natural problem-solving skills and working in tech support is the perfect job for my skills. 

I have undergone training on MCSE and CCNA at Zoom technologies.

During my previous employment at Edu Suite Solutions Pvt Ltd, I specialized in helping the customer resolve various technical issues and I was one of the people of techs who were available to assist customers in online chat and over the telephone also.
