Description
- sir, Iam mohammed suhail from India. I Have Dilploma & Degree in civil engineering with 7 year (qatar - 5 years+ india - 2year) Experience in construction projects(High rise buildings,Road and infrastructural works, bridges,finishing works like gypsum works, tile flooring,ceiling works, diffrent types water proofs, interiour and exterior paint works etc). Good knowledge in site engineering and AUTO CAD Drafting.
VISA STATUS : Residency permit (Transferable)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise all related work activities and assigned tasks being done on site based on submitted and approved work sequence and methodology.
- Help prepare billing documents to the client.
- Executive and estimate any variation needed on site.
- Review contract and BOQ before project start.
- Cordinates and monitors subcontractor works on proper execution and compliance.
- Ensures that all materials to be installed complete with the approved submittals and tests.
- Prepares the work activity reports for monitoring and update of superintent.
- Estimate needed materials on site .
- review billings reports of the subcontracts.
Good language in English,Hindi,Arabic,Malayalam,Tamil.
