JOB PROFILE:

 *Kick off meeting with the client and the discussion of schedule, Preparing BOQ

*Site survey and walk around with the Main-contractor and consultant in order to explain the quality of work. 

*Collection and submission of tender drawings to the consultant.

*Inviting consultant for Site inspection and approvals.

*Material with complete manual, Ordering and Submission of MAR (Material approval request) to the consultant.

* RFI request for information to consultant and main contractor.

 *Variation claim in case of any changes in tender drawing.

 *Proper   and written instruction to sub contractor and sub ordinates.

 *Day to day update from Store and store keeper.

 *Maintaining daily Attendance and daily performance Excel sheet

 * Maintaining complete data of each and every equipment.

 * Attaining  daily  meeting  with main contractor  and  weekly  meeting  with                                                     Consultant  and monthly  update  to the  client .

 * Proper written and commanding co-ordination with other services like civil   Architect, Electrical, BMS, etc

* Good terms with suppliers and invite them for proper presentation of all equipments

*Maintaining commissioning check list for each and every equipment

*Submission of As-built Drawing

*Submission of Operation and maintenance Manual

*Providing one year maintenance assurance to the client.
