• Total Work Experience     : 8+ years (5+ years  in qatar)
• Notice period for Joining  : 2 weeks
• Educational Qualification : B.SC / BTEC Quantity Surveying

 Pre-Contract

- Preparation of Quick Summary of Tender.
- Analyse and Study of Specifications, Drawings, Vendor list and BOQ.
- Preparation of required set of documents (RFI) to send as inquiry according to BOQ, Drawings & Specification.
- Sending clarifications for client/consultant and studying their circulars.
- Preparation of RFQ with, related BOQ, Drawings & Specifications & following up with the subcontractors.
- Taking off Quantities for Architectural & Structural Using Auto Cad & Manually to prepare BOQ.
- Pricing the whole project (Apartments, Commercial buildings, Villa compounds & Masjid) & finalizing with the management team for submission.

Post-Contract
- Preparation of Interim/Monthly Payment Application (IPA) with required set of documents.
- Quantity take-off during ongoing stage to compare the Quantities of BOQ & Actual.
- Preparation of Extra claim report including cost variation.
- Preparation of sub-contractor’s Change Orders.
- Preparation of sub-contractor’s Agreements.
- Choose the Cost-effective sub-contractor to award the related scope.
- Preparation of sub contractor’s payment certificate. (IPC)
- Preparation and estimation of rate analysis for Variations.
- Cost monitoring & reporting during the construction stage to ensure that the budget is not exceeded. (Cost to complete CTC)
