I Hijas Gazzaly aged 23 is currently living in Doha Qatar is looking forward to apply in jobs in the area of expertise of airline ticketing and reservation. In accordance i have complete by IATA diploma and followed training programs in learning both Galileo and Amadeus ticketing system. Ive earned 2 years working experience in the field of ticketing. 

To become a successful person with a great spirit of hard work in the field of Airline Ticketing. By reaching this goal I personally prefer that any individual like me should be honest, a good team player, to be able to work under pressure by achieving targets and deadlines as delegated. 

Skill possession; highly literate in using IT, ability to learn any new tasks, very good sense of handling customer complaints, highly engaged in  serving good customer service as i attain good interpersonal skills and communication skills. I have the ability to listen and understand customer needs even under pressure to ensure their service is given utmost.
