(Hons) in Quantity Surveying (Accredited by RICS and CIOB) holder and an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 6+ years of experience (3 years in GCC) in cost and contract handling and management related to construction and engineering projects. Highly capable of delivering pre & post-contract phases duties & responsibilities with solid construction and financial knowledge to properly manage commercial and contractual aspects of the project, and to effectively meet business demands.

 

I am experienced in Quantity Surveying principles such as quantity takeoff, BOQ preparation, estimation, tendering, contract administration, procurement, payment applications, variation management, and all other commercial and contractual-related works, and familiar with computer applications such as MS Office, AutoCAD, Planswift, CostX, Primavera (P6) and ERP system.

Ready to join immediately with a valid Residency Permit and NOC.
