• Visual inspection on piping Fabrication& Erection Welding, at shop & field.

• Monitor and implement QA/QC Procedures of the company as per client requirement.
• Conduct WQT test for welders as per ASME SEC-IX,
• Dimensional, visual and certificate review of incoming materials like filler wires, electrode etc.
• Check all welding parameters before, during and after welding for SAW, SMAW & GTAW welding.
• Assisting QC Engineer in destructive testing as per requirements.
• Responsible for calibration of welding machine and all welding tools including baking and holding oven.
• Perform visual inspections as per WPS requirements Before, during and after welding.
• Perform dimensional inspections as per requirements after welding.
• Ensure cutting activities are performed as per requirements.
• Arrange & witness NDT of weld joints and maintain its reports.
• Interpretation of Radiographic Films and review of reports.
