. Incharge in procuring materials request for the approved projects.

. Sending price enuiries in different suppliers.

. Making purchased order local and international.

. Keeping & filing all documents related to purchased request.

. • GRN making of all invoices, and material issue updating in ERP system.

. • Follow-up material delivery for the purchased order, handing over the documents for approval.

. • Communicate with suppliers and update on outstanding orders for the delivery of materials.

. • Preparing Work Order for Sub-Contractor doing works at site in ERP system.
