As a Quantity Surveyor at CEG International, a leading engineering consultancy firm in Doha, Qatar, I deliver cost-effective solutions for various projects in the construction industry. I am responsible for preparing and managing cost plans, budgets, estimates, tenders, and contracts, ensuring that the projects meet the quality, safety, and legal standards. I have successfully delivered projects within the time, scope, and budget constraints, achieving high levels of client satisfaction and profitability.

I have over six years of experience in quantity surveying and estimating, having previously worked at Almoayyed Air Conditioning, a company that provides HVAC solutions and services for various sectors. I was in charge of preparing and reviewing cost estimates, bids, and proposals, as well as negotiating and administering contracts with clients and subcontractors. I also performed cost control, risk analysis, and value engineering to optimize the project performance and outcomes. I have excellent skills in using various software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and CostX. I also have strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. I am fluent in English and Arabic, and I have a valid driving license.

I am currently pursuing a B.Sc. (Hons) in Quantity Surveying at Birmingham City University, and I have completed a BTEC HND in Quantity Surveying at Pearson College London.
