Areas of Expertise:

Ø  Experienced on System Application and Products in Data Processing (SAP)

Ø  Skilled in using Oracle Applications and Quickbooks, Peachtree, Sage50 and Bright System

Ø  General Accounting – Month-end Closing, Trial Balance Preparation, Subsidiary Ledger and General Ledger Maintenance and Bank Reconciliation.

 

Ø  Financial Reporting – Financial Statements, Executive Summary Monthly Financial Results and Financial Review Meetings.

Ø  Inventory Management – Creation of process and internal control for Inventories for re-sale.

Ø  Staff Supervision – Supervised process owners in Closing and Reporting Team.

Ø  Monthly Budget Preparation and Monthly Forecast Update.

Ø  Payroll Preparation and Compliance to Government Labor Regulation such as WPS.

Ø  Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office such as word, excel and Open Office
