Suitable position in Finance and Accounting
With over 15 years GCC experience in Accounting and Finance, especially in Oil & gas Sector and 25 years over all work exposure, I trust that I can apply unique combination of skills to achieve positive outcomes when managing the challenges of this role.
Specially my current working experience in MEP contracting which includes Mega Reservoir and Kahramaa substation Projects encourage me to apply for this position. My experience in Peninsula Engineering is not limited to Finance exposure, but extends to all operational, HR & Admin and customer relations as well. I have experience in the entire operation of the company and covered over all exposure of substation projects and closely working with operation and Engineering team for quotations, contract review and follow up payment methods. I have close relationships with major customers, such as Siemens, Larsen and Turbro and a few other clients.
Further experience in EPIC projects and other industrial Manufacturing Sector as well as in Real Estate industry extends lot of opportunities to work in all levels of the business. My current involvement in existing company goes beyond my position as head of Finance but extends up to higher management and project operational level when solving business matters. My Regular work profile includes supervision of finance Department teamwork with special focus on customer collection, effective and efficient management of vendors with payment controls, sound interpersonal and business relationship with company clientele.
Apart from this, I possess special skill and communicating ability towards Banking formalities and actively engage with banks and expert in following areas,
1. Actively involved with project invoice preparation based on Client approved Payment certificates using ERP Accounting Module and LC negotiation with banks.
2. Support Sales Team to understand proper Payment terms while entering to Project Contracts and agreements.
3. Expert in handling foreign Trade Transactions including LCs, LGs TRs and other relevant Trade Tools based on the nature of the business.
4. Effective negotiation with banks for facility arrangements, close mutual relationship will support me to get these tasks done at the earliest.
5. I have exceptionally good interpersonal relationship with major Qatari Banks where I have collaborated with them very closely since 2009.
6. Ability to get detailed information about transactions, interest level updates and coordinate with higher level management of the bank to negotiate cost of borrowings which will be helpful to the company for financial evaluation.
7. Daily operational and technical level customer related and trade related banking matters to get solved with minimum time duration.
8. In addition to Finance Dept. Functions, I have sound experience on HR And Admin operations including PRO work, WPS formalities and supports to all level of management to get the work completed on time.
