I am Meraleebe Nawsath (Srilankan) experienced Civil Engineering professional, completed Diploma in Civil engineering, Diploma in Quantity Surveyor. I have more than 24 years of experience in Civil engineering field. I had work experience in various Building Construction Road construction, drainage construction, maintenance of Road and building construction and bridge construction.

        Primarily responsible for: -

·       Maintaining complete records of all construction   supervision and progress reports and site instructions.

·      Supervised work Progress with quality, including field investigations, to ensure

·      Compliance with approved plans, specifications and standards Checking plans, approvals, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

·      Closeout the all QA/QC, Safety issues.

·      Prepared shop drawing, inspection request, request for concreting, work of statement and material submittal and variation order.

·      Dealing with client, consultants& carrying out joint inspections with Client / Consultant and obtain approval for materials& works.

·      Attended regular meeting with clients, engineers and contractors to meet the goal of projects. Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction method statements.

·      Responsible for the checking the quality of material and work performed on sites to meet standards as per specifications.

·      Attending meetings and competently communicate with Clients, Contractor and Major asset owners and stakeholders

·      Reviews regulations and standards necessary to conduct technical studies and carry out project design and permitting work.

·      Creating project plan, adding activities, Scheduling projects, prepare top and down estimation, adding activity code, WBS codes, project codes, adding roles and resources, assign roles, resource and expenses.

·      Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.

·         Investigate damage, accidents, and delay on construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are carried out.

·         Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans.

·         Attend the Client and management meeting for progress and handing over.

·         Following final test and commission for buildings and networks

·      Hand over all Utilities to End user.
