Description

• Supervising project activities and handling the complete project management cycle entailing requirement gathering and final execution of projects.
• Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with engineering consultants/ collaborators, external suppliers, contractors & clients.
• Weekly monitoring of project plan and preparation of weekly progress plan to be submitted for weekly project progress meeting and ensure timely notification of delays to Project Manager.
• Support project management team to ensure adherence to weekly, fortnightly and monthly project progress and generate report on all variations.
• Ensure adequate inspection and supervision is planned and conducted with respect to project construction activities.
• Report all on the job construction activities related quality, health and safety incidents to the Construction Head.
• Planning and execution of all technical & civil work such as Layout, RCC Work etc.
• Work out ways and ideas that will save cost and time of the work.
• Make sure about work carried out as per technical specifications specified in BOQ and achieved the target in the given time schedule.
• Prepare monthly/weekly Manpower reports for the Project.
