# job Responsibilities...
* Chef in charge ( morning shift)
* Handling the cold and hot food section
*Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
*Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
*Preparing meat and fish and marination
*Managing and training Commis Chefs
*Monitoring portion and waste control
*Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
*Take care of regular hygiene and Inventory of all meat's diary's fruits and vegetables
* To order different store on day to day basic and maintain stock
* report to head chef according to work profession
* Respond any customers complain
* Checking mise-schene for opening and shift
* Checking time to time temperature of freezer and refrigerator
* Prepare food as per guest order and KOT
