Description

An enthusiastic and Professional Quantity Surveyor with an Overall Six (6) years of experience (3 Year in Qatar) in the field of the construction industry in various projects and Currently seeking a suitable position in an established company.

 

 Understand the Scope of work, studying the project specifications. Preparation of tender queries to identify or get more clarification on    unidentified scopes.

 Engage in the active resolution or mitigation of all commercial and contractual disputes arise during the course of the project.

 Preparation of Monthly valuation and interim payment application (IPA) with all supports such as (WIR,MIR,MS), coordinate with consultant further clarifications and certification.

 Preparation of variation orders including evaluation & negotiations with consultant.

 RFQ for Variation items.

 Estimation and Develop the unit rate Analysis.

 Certify the Subcontractor payment applications (IPC) by analyzing the Subcontractor progress and all supports .

 Taking off quantities, perform re-measurement, joint measurement by using (Auto cad, Planswift, CostX, Bluebeam)

 Preparation of Bill of Quantities as per the drawing and given specification.

 Preparation of BOQ for sub-contract by identifying the Subcontractor scopes, floating inquiries to SC.

 Reporting to the management about the Interim payment progress, plans for claims and supporting the site team in terms of cost & contractual manners.

 Prepare Scope Control Form (SCF) and get approval  for Additional works and prepare and update Budget and CTC for the additional works.

 Recommend the LPO for approval by checking the material orders by the engineers.
