I am a I.t Technician and has more than seven years work related experience that meets each mandatory and desirable criterion in the position description, which includes:

·         Seven (7) years’ experience as inside / outside technician installing and configuration of switching, routing, and access point, CAT6 & 6a computer data networks, install various Create VLAN on Cisco device like Switch 3850, 3650 and 2960

·         Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as needed Support users of CCTV system.

·         Excellent in diagnosing and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues

·         Handy with installation and configuration of any software products

·         A reliable technical person who can resolve technical problems quickly

·         Excellent telephone manner, email and face to face support

·         Competent with various computer system with respective operating system windows server and client

·         Solid fiber optic splicing cables (Single mode / Multimode and Ultra-Fast Broadband IDF)

·         Good communication skills both written and verbal
