Maintenance, Installation & Connection of Sensor, Timer, Temperature Controller, Thermocouple, Level Switch, Limit Switch, SSR, Encoder, Phase Failure Relay, SMPS, Length Counter, MCB, MCCB, MPCB, RCB, RCBO, Power Contactor, Auxiliary contactor, Thermostat, Pneumatic Solenoid Valve, Butterfly Valve, Pressure Regulator switch, Induction motor, Dc Shunt Motor, Pump, Submerged Pump, Fire Fighting System, Exhaust Fan, Flood Light, Fluorescent Light, Exit & Emergency Light.
Installation and Troubleshooting of Star Delta Power & Control circuit wiring, Forward Reverse power & Control circuit wiring.
Troubleshoot and maintenance of Industrial Compressor, Chiller, Diesel generator, EOT Crane, Ups & Battery.
Good hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI and DRIVES to control machines and control HMDS (Hot metal desulphurisation) process & Monitoring DS treatment process and finished without delay by controlling from SCADA.
