I am Maflath Abdul Nazar Srilanka Nationality 

I’ve got 2 Year Experience Such as a RF Drive Test Enginer at Futong Information Industry Lanka  PVT LTD in Sri Lanka.

March 2015 to participate in the work so far, with nearly 2 years of wireless network optimization experience, has a wealth of overseas work experience. Participated in the Qatar and other GSM/ LTE daily network maintenance and network optimization project. And have the following capabilities.

1. Master the GSM / LTE system operation and application in the daily network optimization in the use of GSM / LTE software platform, and through its analysis, the wireless cell analysis and processing to enhance the network indicators.
2. Checking Co scrambling code issues. Adding missing 3G-3G neighbors and deletion and interference analysis. Providing appropriate Tilts (Electrical/Mechanical) to reduce the interference or improve the coverage.
3. TEMS Investigation for finding areas of interference, dropped calls and poor coverage.
4. Very much skilled in using MapInfo, TEMS Discovery for preparing of reports.
