JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Activity and Resource planning for various scopes of work.
• Maintaining a comprehensive daily record of all project activities, including variations and disruptions.
• Budget-conscious project management.
• Understanding of project float and critical path.
• Supervision of project employees and contractors.
• Participating in weekly progress, safety, and quality meetings with clients.
• Contributing to developing department objectives and implementing the quality plan, procedures and specifications concerning the inspections.
• Analyzing alternative courses of action for cost efficiency and capability.
• Holding weekly meetings with the site execution team.
• Familiarity with cost planning, estimation, and contract administration.
• Ensuring safety compliance and hazard management.
• Identifying, analyzing, and controlling project risks.
• Creating schedules/programs to achieve project targets.
• Initiating work inspection requests (WIR) and coordinating inspections with quality control and consultants.
• Closing corrective action requests (CARs) and non-conformance reports (NCRs) as required.
• Organizing and motivating the project team.
• Acting as the technical advisor on the construction site.
• Performing any other assigned duties.
