September 2007 to August 2008 I joined ARAB BANK PLC, Egypt as Letter Of Credit officer, with following responsibilities:
- Issuing, amending & cancellation of import letter of credit.
- Advising, amending, adding confirmation & cancellation of export letter of credit .
- Handling of settlement process (Import – Export)
- Prepare needed SWIFT messages related to import/export transactions.
- Examination of documents presented.
- Handling the import/export documents either received under documentary credits or from clients for collection.
