Description

Ø   Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for all users of SHAQAB Network.

Ø   Manage connection, configuration and organization of Cisco equipment in IT architecture of organization

Ø    Implementation, Monitoring & troubleshooting of high available LAN, WAN Responsible for maintaining and monitoring performance of network Infrastructure.

Ø  Maintaining the connectivity of Network equipment’s including Router & Switch.

Ø   Tack care of Network & System trouble shooting.

Ø   Provide first/second-level technical support; assisting users who have network problems

Ø   Perform high level troubleshooting, diagnostics for networking problems

Ø   Provide support services for password recovery for network devices using system configuration registry

Ø   Deliver support for Remote Access VPN and troubleshooting when necessary

Ø   Support and provide solutions for network failures, making recommendations for possible fixes. 

Ø   Construct protocols for port-security to prevent any unauthorized access to N/W.

Ø   Network management and Troubleshooting.

Ø   Configuration and Installation Cisco catalyst switches 2960, 3560, 3750, C4503.

Ø   Configure and troubleshooting Access Layer switches.

Ø   Configure and maintain VLAN, VTP, STP, Inter-VLAN communication VTP.

Ø   Scheduled backing up of switches and maintenance.

Ø   Configuring DHCP and IP Addressing: Sub-Netting of Networks

Ø   VLAN based bandwidth allocation for specific user depending upon user’s plan.

Ø   Configuration of dynamic routing protocols RIP,RIPV2, EIGRP, OSPF

Ø   Configuration & troubleshooting routing(Static, Default & Dynamic Routing)

Ø   Switching, Standard Access-list, Extended Access-list configuration.

Ø   Configuration and maintenance of Wireless Network. 

Ø   Configuration and troubleshooting Cisco wireless controller 2500 series.

Ø   Installation configuration & troubleshooting of Cisco Air caps.
