• Knowledge in programming such asHTML, PHP, CSS, Javasript, WordPress, C#, Python and Asp .NET.
• Knowledge in database such as MS Access, MySQL, PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Installation of any Software and Troubleshooting of Hardware.
• Routing, Switching, WiFi Access Point, Firewall and Structured Cabling.
• CCTV Installation (Analog Camera or IP Camera).
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Video editing.
• Active Directory Server, File Server and Group Policy.
• Installation of VMWare Workstation, VSphere, ESXi and Hyper-V.
• Installation of Synology NAS and Synology AutoBackup.
• Installation and setup of Windows Server

Current Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring information technology, computer systems and networks.
• Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Managing IT staff, training and coaching employees.
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures Installing high-level software security systems.
• Designing and installing computer hardware configurations.
• Setting up new users' accounts in Active Directory and dealing with password issues.
• Ensure daily/weekly/montly backup of all employee files/data.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Managing and updating company website and company mobile application.
• Managing and monitoring company MS Office 365 email.
• Developing company system as per company needs.
• Managing the company GPS System and trains the GPS Coordinator.
• Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Managing and monitoring VMWare ESXi Server.
• Creating and designing of reports in ERP System.
