 •           

•              Operation and maintenance of Chillers, Cooling tower, pumps, air handling unit, fan coil units. package units and DX System

• Lead all maintenance process and opération include: hvac system, firefighting system, fire suppression system, fire alarm, electrical, BMS, plumbing
• managing major facilities services in comprehensive facility management services and non-comprehensive annual maintenance contracts.

•              Plan and manage all repair and installations activities.

•          Ensure all tasks are completed to relevant standard

•              Prepare weekly/monthly report in accordance with company deadline

• Manage the assigned project scope and provide excellent customer service
•  Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with  health      and safety legislation

Design drawings using Autocad  and Revit mep.

i have both experince in excuted hvac project and maintenance field

 I AM using CAFM System,( PPM, CM, PTW, UIP.FPIP).
