1. Msheireb Properties Phase 3.
The Project will be funded by Msheireb Properties and having researches fromacross the gulf and Middle East. Phase 3 is a large mixed-use city quarter comprising fourteen buildings including apartments, shops, restaurants, offices, two health clubs and a 180 bedroom hotel.
Key Result Areas:
Responsible for installation, testing and commissioning of firefighting system (Sprinkler System, Fire pump sets, Clean Agent System, Fire Safety equipment’s.)
Leading the team of more than 100 members.
Managing the workmen for achieving the periodic production targets.
Experience in monitoring projects for cost, resource deployment, timelines and quality work.
