• SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Solid Edge and Ansys are used on various projects involving GD&T, FEA Analysis and sheet metal design
• Used PDM (Arena Solutions) to manage design data and organize BOMs
• Expert in Microsoft Office
• Prepared drawings, such as General Arrangement, Shell Layout, Roof Layout, Roof and Shell Nozzle Layout, Roof and Shell Construction, as per client standards
• Created 3D models of crude oil storage tanks, nozzles, manholes, walkway platforms, and other components, while considering project specifications, manufacturing restrictions, and necessary calculations
• Prepared drawings for spiral stairs, Resting platforms, and top platforms
• Prepared welded assembly drawings for tank attachments and tank supports
• Consulted with customers or internal project leaders about the implementation and approval of drawings
• Preparation of AutoCAD drawings for laser cutting and bending processes, as well as welding drawings for various welding processes, was accomplished
• Have knowledge in various sheet metal processes such as laser cutting, punching, welding, plating, milling, powder coating, bending, and other machining processes
• After prototype approval, responsibility was taken to create production documents such as PFMEA, feasibility review, process flow, and control plans for all parts in an assembly
• Managed and created assembly procedure diagrams using pictorial representations
• Conducted quality measurements and generated reports which included measurements of dimensions, hardness, and other relevant factors
