2. IT Helpdesk Engineer

4. Hardware/ Network Engineer.

5. IT Escalation levels

6. Application support.

7. Customer care executive.

8. Resolving an issue within the SLA's.

9. MS Office whole package, Office365 configuration.

9. Well knowledge about Computer softwares like Application installations, Windows os installation, Server installation, etc.

 10. Modem configuration.
