I am a dedicated and results-driven professional with 11 years of experience in Accounting, Administration and HR—4 years in India and 7 years in Qatar. I am currently seeking job opportunities in the roles of Accountant, HR Assistant, Admin Assistant, or Admin Secretary.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed a wide range of responsibilities, including:
✅ HR & Administration: Recruitment, onboarding, visa processing (medical & fingerprinting), airline ticket bookings, contract preparation, health card issuance & renewal, and time card entry.
✅ Accounting & Finance: Invoice preparation, purchase orders & quotations, bank reconciliation, receivables & payables management, stock receipt recording in Tally, and generating monthly profit reports.
✅ Operations & Vendor Management: Maintaining vendor databases, verifying client incentive forms, and preparing sales team incentives to enhance motivation and productivity.
I bring a strong sense of maturity, honesty, and adaptability, with the ability to turn challenges into opportunities. Additionally, I have extensive knowledge of general office procedures and a proven ability to develop and lead teams effectively.
