Having around 11 years (4 years in India & 7 years Qatar)of proven experience in Administration, HR activities like Recruitment, Completing joining formalities, Visa Issue (Including Medical & Finger) & Renewal, Booking Airline Ticket,Issue & Renew Health Card, Preparing Contract for New Employees & Renewal of Contract,Time Card entry and Accounts including Invoice Preparation, Preparing LPOs & Quotations, Bank Reconciliation, Receivables & Payables, Preparation of incentives for sales teams, enhancing motivation and productivity. • Managing accounts payable with precision in processing invoices and payments. • Recording incoming stock receipts accurately into Tally system. • Generating monthly profit reports for management review. • Maintaining a comprehensive vendor database and verifying client incentive forms..
