Myself, a techno-functional expertise in the information technology field with hands-on experience in architect, implementing and managing daily operations of ERP systems, IT infrastructure, Datacenter, IT security systems, application software and fine-tuning complex business processes from a multi-national group of company with a Master’s Degree in Operation Research and Computer Applications offering nearly 17 years of experience in core IT operations and implementation which includes both IT infrastructure and software domain. Currently working with Ambilobe Technologies & Services Pvt Ltd as a Business Development & Project Manager. Lastly acted as Head of Information Technology (Reported to Managing Director) with Delta Corporation, Qatar for 12 years, a multi-national group company of four divisions located in the USA and Qatar with annual revenue of QR 300 Million. Planned, organized, directed, controlled and evaluated the operations of information technology systems, ERP and electronic data processing. Strong knowledge in manufacturing, service, trading and project business process from inquiry to cash cycle and implementation.  Hands-on experience in implementing seven full life cycles of ERP applications which includes consolidation to holding company.  Exposure to Oil & Gas sector, working in a multi-cultural environment; vast experience in implementing and managing ERP and other supported applications. Vast experience in design and implementing IT infrastructure for new locations from scratch. Strong experience in managing datacentre, windows servers, SQL database, network, and telecommunication systems. Recognized as Best Employee of the Year in 2010.  Insightful knowledge in C, VB, SQL & Oracle DBA. Expertise in management of multiple technology service areas of IT Infrastructure outsourcing which enables the management of many complex business processes. Good Knowledge in implementing restaurant POS systems.  Strong knowledge in AR, AP, GL, P&L, inventory valuation of the core finance business process.
