Description

ASNT Level-II IN NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING as per standard SNT-TC-IA
Responsible for implementation of QUALITY Control activities including implementation and maintenance of integrated Quality.

Supervision of Fabrication, Welding, Mechanical and Painting jobs (Construction & Maintenance) in line with Project requirements.

Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site.

To check and ensure that the work done is as per Project Specification, Method Statement and as per approved shop drawings. Also to ensure that all approved and inspected materials are used.

Good knowledge in residual engineering, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning of LPG pipeline connectivity, construction of pipeline & associated facilities for supply of gas.

Laying & construction of pipeline terminal associated facilities & interconnection of GAIL pipeline network.

Knowledge of International Standards like ASTM, ACI Standards
