• Planning, scheduling and Monitoring all Site activities
• Preparing and executing Split & Window A/c Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works
• Manpower allocation and management
• Exercised cost control, monitor schedules, and investigate problems. Scheduled project line and ensured that project was completed on time
• Coordinating with suppliers for material procurement
• Coordinating and Executing Split unit and Window A/C installation
• Planning, Scheduling and Executing Split and Window A/C units Preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitoring All kind of civil & Painting repair works (Tiles, wall, Floor)
• Monitoring All kind of Carpentry repair works(Kitchen cabinet, Wardrobe)
• Monitoring Plumbing maintenance in residential and commercial buildings(PVC)
• Monitoring and Executing Lifting, Booster and Filtration Pump maintenance.

• Planning, scheduling and Monitoring all Site activities
• Coordinating with client for Preventive and corrective maintenance Schedule and execution
• Operation, Monitoring and Preventive Maintenance in Water cooled centrifugal chillers(YORK)
• Operation, Monitoring and Maintenance of Primary, Secondary and Condenser pumps
• Operation, Monitoring and maintenance of Dossing System, Blowdown system
