Duties and Responsibilities:

·   Check and ensure compliance of work prior to the request for inspection of work

·      Reviewing of IFC drawings and BOQ.

· Responsible for the quantity and quality of steel reinforcements such as columns, beams, tie beams, shear walls and retaining walls.

·        Excavation and Road works.

·       Scheduling daily works, Manpower and required equipment on site.

·        Coordination with consultants and subcontractors.

·        Check and ensure compliance of work prior to the request for inspection of work.

·        Responsible for Backfilling works.

·        Responsible for the carpentry works and concreting works.

·        Supervise waterproofing works.

·        Reviewing drawings and execution of work.

·        Prepare a program of work and instruction.

·        Responsible for checking materials delivered to the site.

·        Prepare and submittal a daily report.

·        Checking & clearing invoices as per BOQ.

·        Coordination with Consultant.

·        Prepare daily and weekly reports.

·        Developing strong relationships with the clients and sub-contractors.

 

· Conduct proper risk assessment to ensure risks are minimized.
