* MCom (Finance)
* BCom Graduate (Computer Application)
* Proficient in MS Office Applications
* Working Knowledge of Tally ERP 9, Odoo, QuickBooks, and Excel.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Preparation of Payroll.
· Clearance of AP & AR & Other Control Accounts.
· Preparation of Financial reports, Charts, Tables, and other exhibits as requested.
· Analyse trends in Revenue and Expenses.
· Receiving, verifying, recording, and paying all Accounts Payables.
· Invoice generation and end-to-end Accounts payable.
· Generate various Statements of Accounts and timely follow-up for payments.
· Record receipt from Customers upon settlement of Invoice.
· Banking, processing Bank deposits, and associated finance entries.
· Managing Petty Cash transactions.
· Prepare Bank Reconciliation statement.
· Prepare an Income statement, Balance sheet, and Schedules.
