Main duties and performed

• Installing and configuring computer hardware and applications 
• Installing and configuring Windows Server 2012,2008 and client O/S
• Configuring domain and workgroup networks
• Installing and configuring  ADS, DNS, DHCP,  IIS Print and File Server…
• Responsible for the day to day operations of all equipments including Desktops, Servers, Printers, Scanners, Bio Metric Devices
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Responsible for routine maintenance activities such as, anti-virus updates, back up etc.
• All System Administration & Database administration activities
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications
• Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
• Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
• Testing and evaluating new technology
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
