Leading a team of 12 members as Operation and maintenance head from a third-party vendor to ensure the smooth functioning of the BRM building and attending & fully filing the client requirements. Job Responsibility:
Ø Fabrication and erection of structural piping, monitoring construction activities and Schedule, weekly & monthly progress report, co-ordination with other discipline and supervising Field Erection of vessels, piping and structural.
Ø Signal crane operator to lower basic assembly units to bed plate and align unit to centerline
Ø Replace defective parts of machine or adjust clearance and alignment of moving parts

Ø Study Scope of work, specification and all related IFC, ISO and P & ID drawings for Fabrication of Pipes, fittings and supports Work of different types & sizes pipes.
Ø Organize; arrange all Materials of Pipes and fitting and other Resources Manpower, Tools, Tackles and Equipment at project site for Shutdown Construction / Erection works.
Ø Arrange work permits and Conducting Tool Box meeting every morning for safe work.
Ø Replacement of different types/Sizes CS/LTCS/ Dissimilar pipes and spools of Pilot gas line, Ignition line, Steam Coil Line inside Knockout Drum.
Ø Maintenance of Heat Exchanger.
Ø Maintenance of Column and Tower and Tray in Column.
Ø Maintenance of Furnace.
Ø Maintenance of Fin-Fans and Cooling Towers.
Ø Maintenance of Knock out Drums.
Ø Replacement of two flair tip at 165 Mr. Height and re-installation of Molecular seal. Replacement of spools of different material (ASTM-A790), (ASTM- A106).
Ø Repairing of Pin holes inside knock out drum. Plate welding in knockout drum in confined space.
