Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the Project Quality Plan (PQP) is fully understood, implemented and maintained
at all levels of the organization.
• Monitor implementation of QMS, QA Policy & Manual, QA/QC procedures, ITPs, etc. and
raise/develop requirements.
• Establish inspection work plan and direct QA/QC Engineers to ensure proper execution of
work quality control in accordance with project requirements, standards, and good engineering
practices.

• Prepare Nonconformity Report, Action Request, for any finding during inspection; ensure the
implementation for the correction and corrective and preventive action; and perform the
necessary coordination with the Engineer representatives
• Coordinate with supervisor for all quality-related activities affecting the project management
including the proper communication with the site construction supervisor related inspection
request
• Prepare inspection requests to Engineer approval as per ITP as required
